Account and Data Deletion Request
Follow the instructions below to request deletion of your BeyouTrip account and associated data.
How to request deletion
To request account deletion, email our support address from the email address used for your BeyouTrip account. We verify requests based on the account email used for email, Google, or Apple sign-in.
- Use the subject “BeyouTrip account deletion request”.
- Include your registered account email and state that you want the account deleted.
- If we need to verify the requester, we may ask for additional confirmation.

Data we delete
- BeyouTrip account and authentication information
- Profile information, nationality, contact details, and account-linked information
- Favorites, saved itineraries, saved reviews, coupons, and other personalization data
- Reviews you wrote and review photos you uploaded
- Device-related information stored for app use, such as push notification tokens
Data that may be retained for a limited period
- Reservation, payment, refund, and consultation records required for contract performance, dispute handling, tax/accounting, or legal compliance
- Minimal records required for fraud prevention, security, audit logs, or other legitimate business needs
Processing time
We process requests within a reasonably quick period and normally notify you of completion within 30 days. Data subject to legal retention obligations will be deleted or anonymized after the retention period ends.
If you want to delete some data without deleting your account
You may also email us to request deletion of specific data such as reviews, saved itineraries, or favorites. Items that can be deleted directly in the app may be removed there first.
Important note
After account deletion is completed, personalized information and usage history connected to the account may not be recoverable. Please check any active reservations or consultations before requesting deletion.
