Cooking the snow crab, king crab, and lobster takes about 20 minutes, so customers who order the snow crab course, king crab course, or lobster course should inform us in advance when making a reservation, and we will prepare them for immediate serving. 2. The sashimi omakase course and VIP course offer seasonal special dishes prepared by the chef, so please specify the course name when making a reservation to allow the chef to prepare the ingredients in advance. 3. The dishes introduced in each course, excluding the main dish, may change seasonally, so if there are specific dishes you wish to have, please place your order in advance when making a reservation. 4. At Fuji, you can taste whale meat, Dokdo shrimp, grilled eel, Heuksando skate, sea cucumber, sea urchin, and pufferfish that you cannot find at other Japanese restaurants. 5. A wine cellar is available to enjoy red wine, white wine, and champagne properly. 6. We are located a 5-minute walk from Samseong Station, and there is a parking lot for your convenience. 7. Reservations can be made via phone, Naver reservation, or Catch Table. 8. In addition to rooms for 2, 4, and 6 people, we also accept group reservations for around 18, 30, or 50 people.
