Inyang is a hot pot specialty restaurant that has researched and developed the traditional Yunnan snakehead fish hot pot (斑鱼火锅) for a long time, becoming the first in South Korea to offer it to customers. We have invested significant effort and time to perfectly compose fresh ingredients, including the chef's highly skilled thinly sliced snakehead sashimi, snakehead meatballs, snakehead broth, and unique mushrooms not found elsewhere. However, we believe that without sincerity and care for those dining, taste is meaningless, which is why we named our restaurant '人良'. 食 In order for rice to be cooked, 人 (In) it requires the 良 (Yang) sincerity of people. Thus, we are Inyang. We will do our best to provide a unique dining experience with both taste and nourishment, delivering heartfelt service.
