All reservations are confirmed upon completion of payment via Naver Pay or bank transfer. Cancellations within 3 days of the reservation date and no-shows will not be refunded. Cancellations 4 to 7 days prior: the deposit will not be refunded but will be kept at the store and can be deducted from future services. Reservation dates can be changed once; if changed more than twice, the deposit will be forfeited.
