Our signature dishes include Bongge Jjamppong, Bongge Jajang, and Sweet and Sour Pork, which can only be enjoyed here. Ranked No. 1 in Gangnam! We put our heart into every menu item. Our handmade noodles are easy to digest and have an excellent chewy texture. The secrets to the taste of Bongge Jjamppong: 1. The noodles served at Bongge Jjamppong are freshly made on the same day using hand-pulled techniques and aged dough. 2. We simmer blue crabs for 24 hours to create a spicy broth that melts in your mouth, enhancing the deep and spicy flavor. 3. We add more blue crabs during cooking to provide a double layer of deep flavor. 4. We do not prepare in advance. 5. We do not use powdered soup.
